  1. Open “Active Directory Users and Computers”
  2. Click “View” and then click “Advanced Features”
  3. Right click the OU and click “Properties”
  4. In the OU properties, Click on the “Security” tab and then click “Advanced”
  5. In “Permission Entries”, select the “Deny” entry for “Everyone” group, and click “Remove”
  6. Click “OK” to the close the “Advanced Security Settings”, and click “OK” to close “OU properties”
  7. Second, clear permissions on the parent container of the OU for which you want to remove protection. To do this, right click the parent container, and then click “Properties”
  8. In “ContainerProperties”, click “Security” tab.
  9. In group or user names, select “Everyone” group, and then clear the “Deny” check box for “Delete All Child Objects”, and then “OK” to close “Container Properties”.
